1. Who we are

This App is the official companion application for the APAGE 2026 & 13ᵗʰ IGES Annual Congress, organized by APAGE in conjunction with IGES. The data controller is PT Pactoconvex Niagatama.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data processed through the mobile App and its supporting congress backend. It does not cover the separate registration website, sponsor or exhibitor external links, or app stores.

3. The information we process

We process your account and profile information such as name, email, phone, country, affiliation, and role. We also process content you create, including My Agenda entries, notes, submitted questions, notifications, and settings. If push notifications are enabled, we process a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token and topic subscriptions.

4. How we use your information

• Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• Deliver congress content such as schedules, sessions, faculty, announcements, tickets, certificates, and sponsors.
• Allow live Q&A and moderator review.
• Send updates and push notifications.
• Apply your notification and display preferences.
• Maintain the safety and reliability of the App.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the congress backend and IT providers, session moderators, Google Firebase for push notifications, analytics providers where enabled, and legal or safety recipients where required by law.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in the congress backend and on your device in secure storage where applicable, and retained for as long as needed to run the event and fulfill legal obligations. On-device caches may be cleared on logout or uninstall.

7. Your rights and choices

You can update your profile, control notifications, opt out of optional analytics where provided, and sign out. For requests that cannot be completed in-app, please contact us at secretariat@apage2026bali.com.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a notice in the App.
